DELIVERY – When will I receive my products?
Your product will be dispatched within 1-3 Business days from purchase. Products are delivered via Australia Post, which are usually delivered within 1-7 Business days from when item was posted. Delivery times may vary.
PRODUCT QUALITY – What if my accessory comes undone?
Rose and Reign strives to make our accessories with a quality guarantee. So if your product comes undone within 60 days of purchase we will replace it. We please ask that you make contact with us either on this Website on our Contact Tab, via Facebook Message or email [email protected]. And that you send a photo of the accessory and we will be happy to replace it.
CHANGE OF MIND – Can I get a refund for a change of mind?
Rose & Reign do not offer a Refund for a simple Change of Mind. Please refer back to the Terms & Condition’s for further information.
CUSTOM ORDERS – Can I choose my own material, colour’s or design for any of the accessories?
Rose and Reign are happy to make Custom Orders. Please email us with your ideas and we are more than happy to discuss. There may be a small extra charge pending on what is needed.
